This tractor has cracks in the crankcase.
After the cylinder liners were pulled, the cracks to the water channel were visible.
Since the motor is part of the frame, conventional TIG welding would lead to very high dismantling costs.
The dimensions cannot be guaranteed either.
We were able to save our customers a lot of money with our mobile laser welding!
The engine was not dismantled. We were able to weld at an angle from above with a mirror. After 8 hours everything was done.
The engine is now running again.
